Du planst, steuerst und realisierst bis zu 100 Flächen pro Jahr – von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Installation – und stellst sicher, dass jedes Projekt markenkonform, effizient und nachhaltig umgesetzt wird.Dabei bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Retail, Design, Brand und Ladenbau – und bringst die Marke ARMEDANGELS sichtbar in den Raum. Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei Rollout-Management: Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Shop-in-Shop-, Brand-Corner- und Retail-Flächen.Projektsteuerung: Verantwortung für Zeitpläne, Budgets, Kommunikation und Reporting – vom Kick-off bis zur Installation.Flächenentwicklung: Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des neuen Shop-in-Shop-Konzepts in Abstimmung mit Brand, VM und Retail Design.Möbel- & Materialkoordination: Bedarfsermittlung, Bestellung und Verfügbarkeitsmanagement von Mobiliar; Zusammenarbeit mit Ladenbauern und Logistikpartnern.Externe Steuerung: Auswahl und Koordination von Designbüros, Ladenbauern und Montageteams; Qualitätssicherung vor Ort oder remote.Expansion: Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der Retail- und Wholesale-Flächenexpansion mit einem Rollout-Volumen von 50–100 Flächen pro Jahr. Das solltest Du mitbringen 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Retail-Rollout, Ladenbau, Shop-Design oder Flächenmanagement, idealerweise im Wholesale- oder Retail-Umfeld.Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Projektsteuerung und praktischen Umsetzung.Starkes Organisationstalent, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.Technisches Verständnis für Flächenplanung und Materialität; sicherer Umgang mit CAD, SketchUp oder vergleichbaren Tools.Reisebereitschaft (ca. 2–3 Tage pro Woche innerhalb DACH, abhängig von Projektphasen).Leidenschaft für Nachhaltigkeit, Design und Markenarchitektur.Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit. Rollout managementIndependent planning, coordination, and implementation of shop-in-shop, brand-corner, and retail spaces.Project managementResponsibility for timelines, budgets, communication, and reporting – from kick-off to installation.Space developmentImplementation and further development of the new shop-in-shop concept in close alignment with Brand, VM, and Retail Design.Furniture & material coordinationDemand planning, ordering, and availability management of furniture; collaboration with shopfitters and logistics partners.External partner managementSelection and coordination of design agencies, shopfitters, and installation teams; quality assurance on site or remotely.ExpansionActive contribution to and implementation of the retail and wholesale space expansion, with a rollout volume of 50–100 spaces per year. We'd love to hear from you if you have 3–5 years of experience in retail rollout, shopfitting, shop design, or space management, ideally in a wholesale or retail environment.Proven experience in independently managing projects and implementing them in practice.Strong organisational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.Technical understanding of space planning and materials; confident handling of CAD, SketchUp, or comparable tools.Willingness to travel (approx. 2–3 days per week within DACH, depending on project phases).Passion for sustainability, design, and brand architecture.Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.
