Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in the Cologne Bonn Region. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of shopfitting projects, from planning to final handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The individual will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to manage resources, logistics, and inspections. This dynamic role involves on-the-ground problem-solving, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear communication to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and resource coordination
  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules
  • Experience in Inspection and Quality Assurance to meet safety and regulatory standards
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management for efficient handling of materials and supply chains
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse, multilingual team
  • Experience in construction or shopfitting industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
