As Business Field Leader (m/f/d) - Industrial Processes and Environment Business Field (IPE) you will have the overall responsibility for the strategic direction and successful management of the business field in Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East focusing on the following areas: Strategy development and implementation: Working closely with the HORIBA management you will develop long-term strategic goals for the company that ensure both growth and profitability. You will take market trends, customer needs and technological developments into account. You will effectively implement the global strategies and continuously monitor their success. Operational activities: You will be responsible for the efficient management of all operational areas of the business field, including sales, system construction, product management and production. You will ensure that all processes and procedures run smoothly in accordance with global company guidelines and that the company's objectives are achieved. Employee management: You will lead and motivate your team by defining clear goals, providing feedback, promoting talent and fostering a positive corporate culture. You develop your employees and ensure a high level of employee satisfaction. Communication: In your role, you will report directly to the President HE and the Management Board HE. You will also maintain a trusting relationship at eye level with our business partners, customers and the local authorities Professionally ..you have a university degree in natural sciences or engineering. ..you already worked successfully in a similar management position. ...you have a high level of technical understanding and are up to date with current and future technologies in order to be able to make strategic decisions in a comprehensible manner. ...you enjoy analyzing market trends, competitive situations and business opportunities, developing long-term strategies and goals and implementing them successfully with your team.
