Senior Talent Partner

**We have an exciting opportunity to join the fastest growing team within OneFootball. Our newly formed NFT division is having huge success in working with the biggest names in football**
As such, we need a Senior Talent Partner who truly values close relationships with stakeholders as much as being focus on delivery. Previous NFT experience is not essential (although very useful) but a can-do attitude and the ability to spot opportunities to add value are a must.
- You'll be the go-to person for the entire division, making strategic decisions/overseeing and manager of other team members
- Managing a workload of c10-15 live vacancies, potentially more during busy periods
- Act as a partner to the Senior Stakeholders within your respective areas (understanding their needs, planning campaigns, sharing market insights, etc.)
- Able to deliver Hiring Manager training, including crafting interview questions, advert writing, leaving interview feedback.
- Able to deliver CX updates to the wider People Team, including hosting the monthly’s
- Provide regular data to the CX Lead on team performance and hiring against budgeted vacancies, highlighting any reasons why objectives may not be met
- Be able to consider and act upon the needs of the wider business in terms of targeted recruitment campaigns, e.g. location targeting, talent pooling for forthcoming recruitment drives
- Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of OneFootball, the division and competitors
- Be a mentor to TAP’s and Junior TAPs
- Become an expert in using the systems (ATS, sourcing and interview scheduling software)An expert at sourcing, advert writing
- An understanding of time-to-hire to see when/if a job is slipping
- Become an expert in using the ATS, including reporting to keep Hiring Managers up-to-date
- Take ownership of individual and team objectives as set out by the CX Lead
- Onboard new hires within the CX Team and present the CX Team processes to new members of the wider business
- Become a project owner and work with TAP’s/Junior TAP’s to complete projects that will benefit the business
