This is a full-time position dedicated to advancing cutting-edge research in the field of microstructure physics. As a doctoral researcher, you will be immersed in a vibrant scientific community, contributing to groundbreaking projects and expanding your academic horizons. Your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting independent research under the guidance of senior scientists. Designing and executing experiments to explore microstructural phenomena. Analyzing data and interpreting results to contribute to scientific publications. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to integrate findings into broader research contexts. Presenting research findings at conferences and seminars. Participating in academic courses and workshops to enhance your research skills. Required ProfileWe are looking for highly motivated students with a passion for research and a strong academic background. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: Master’s degree (or equivalent, e.g. 4-year Bachelor’s degree) in Physics, Materials Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with experimental techniques and data analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
