The Role Join Veeva as we bring the power of modern, cloud-based laboratory management to new industries. As Director, LIMS Strategy, you’ll lead the expansion of Veeva’s Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) across Europe — helping manufacturers modernize quality control and laboratory operations through a unified, cloud-based platform.We’re looking for a strategic, customer-facing leader who understands the realities of laboratory operations in sectors like consumer goods, food & beverage, chemicals, and other process industries. You’ll connect the dots between product, marketing, sales, and services to shape a clear vision for digital transformation in laboratory informatics — and turn that vision into measurable growth.In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and industry thought leader, building executive relationships, guiding customers on their modernization journey, and positioning Veeva LIMS as the category-defining solution for next-generation lab management.What You'll DoResponsible for entering and growing the market for Veeva LIMS for industries beyond life sciencesOperate in a customer-facing capacity to deliver tangible business outcomes for both Veeva and the industries we serveBuild and nurture executive-level relationships across Quality, QC, R&D, and ITProvide business and technical guidance to the product team to drive innovation in laboratory informaticsDevelop go-to-market strategy, messaging, and enablement for customer adoption and long-term successCoordinate across Sales, Services, and Product to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experienceRepresent Veeva at industry conferences, webinars, and through published thought leadershipBuild and manage relationships with partners, influencers, and industry associationsRequirements8+ years of experience growing and scaling a laboratory informatics or related software business (LIMS, ELN, SDMS, or QMS)Deep understanding of digital technologies that support Quality Control, Manufacturing, or Laboratory operationsProven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and customer adoption in data-intensive industriesAbility to engage confidently with senior Quality, QC, and IT leaders to shape modernization strategiesStrong executive presence, strategic thinking, and communication skillsWillingness to travel for customer engagements.Nice to HaveExperience in industries such as food & beverage, consumer goods, chemicals, or ingredients manufacturingBackground in quality systems, GMP operations, or QC laboratory managementExperience leading global commercial or strategy teams with measurable growth outcomesPublished thought leadership or speaking engagements in digital quality or laboratory informatics
