For our department Compliance, Sales Partner and Trade Affairs we are looking for an (Junior) Compliance Manager (m/f/d): Your Responsibilities:Compliance Monitoring & Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures, particularly in relation to sales partners and trade activitiesRisk Assessment: Support regular risk assessments and due diligence processes for new and existing sales partnersDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance reviews, trainings, and investigations. Prepare regular compliance reports for managementRegulatory Research: Monitor and research relevant regulatory developments, including trade regulations, anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws, and industry standardsTraining & Awareness: Support the design and delivery of compliance training sessions and awareness programs for internal teams and external sales partnersIncident Management: Assist in investigating and resolving compliance-related incidents, and support the implementation of remedial actionsCollaboration: Work closely with Sales, Legal, Trade Affairs, and other departments to ensure consistent compliance practices and resolve compliance-related queriesContinuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for enhancing compliance processes and systemsYour Profil:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related fieldInitial experience (internship, student role, or 1-2 years professional experience) in compliance, risk management, legal, or trade affairs is an advantageStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamHigh level of integrity and reliabilityHigh command of German and good command of English; other languages are a plusYour Benefits:You can freely choose your working hours between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., work on a mobile or on-site basis at times and - if you wish - work on a Saturday instead of during the weekWith regular, mutual and appreciative feedback, we support you in your individual development and learn from you in the processYou benefit from an active work-life balance, attractive family benefits and a diverse company health management program
