Your roleFor our Berlin headquarters, we are seeking an CEO / Management Associate (f/m/d) who will support our CEO, Clemens Semelmayer, and play a key role in the day-to-day operational business.Key responsibilitiesStrategic Support for the CEOWork closely with the CEO on operational and strategic topicsStructure complex issues, derive actionable recommendations, and support decision-makingOperational Project & Stakeholder ManagementIndependently develop solutions for company-wide challengesProactively coordinate with key stakeholders across and outside the organizationTrack ongoing initiatives and ensure successful executionAnalytical Work & Business SupportConduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify strategic prioritiesPrepare decision memos, presentations, and business casesAdministrative & Finance-Related TasksSupport the CEO with organizational and administrative mattersContribute to finance processes and projects such as reporting, budgeting, and process optimizationAct as an interface between Finance, Operations, and People teamsWhat you add to our crewCompleted Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a business or STEM field from a top university, ranking among the top of your classUp to three years of work experience in a start-up, consulting, venture capital, or similar environmentStrong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working styleHigh degree of initiative, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills and enjoyment of stakeholder coordinationHands-on mentality and willingness to support both operational and administrative tasksExcellent English skills (German is a plus)What it's like to be a part of our teamWhy Lunar X?Direct collaboration with the CEO and key leadershipOpportunity to create real strategic and operational impactDynamic, creative, and international environmentBerlin HQ with close exchange with our teams in Raleigh and LondonAt Lunar X, we are committed to accelerating your development into an outstanding entrepreneurial leader.
