| Your contribution Build up and take care of customer relations: contact and develop customers, negotiate profitable customer contracts Develop and execute sales strategies: Define and realize sales potentials, identify target markets & customers within a defined region, take care of strategy implementation Develop prices and pricing strategies Coordinate all administrative activities between customers and the internal organization; closely cooperate with Customer Service and Key Account Management Cooperate with colleagues from Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering and R&D to constantly innovate our products and grow sales; ensure local marketing activities, participates in trade fairs, customer events and internal sales meetings Maintain accurate detailed records as required by the business | Your strengths Relevant university degree At least 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry (chemicals, packaging, plastics and films) Good knowledge of Key Account Management and strong understanding of sales strategy development and implementation of sales & marketing strategy Experience in B2B and B2C sales of technical products Fluent in German and English, deep familiarity with local customs and habits, ability to build up trustful customer relationships due to a high level of awareness of cultural requirements Strong negotiator, excellent analytical and technical skills as well as problem-solving abilities Good knowledge/ understanding of customer Management processes and tools Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory | Our offer An international working environment within a privately owned company Contribution to company pension scheme Job bike leasing, meal voucher, fresh fruits and more employee discounts Mobile working minimum 2 days per week Intensive onboarding an continuous professional training possibilities Modern office space, outstanding technical equipment and free parking space Flat hierarches, innovative thinking and the chance to work within intercultural teams Are you interested in joining our team?
