Your tasksYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Development: Define and drive the companyâs long-term strategy across telecommunication and compliance solution offerings, particularly in the domain â but not only - of lawful interception and compliance-driven applicationsDevelop and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership (CEO and Chief Product Officer)Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead evaluation, negotiation, and integration of M&A initiatives that support market expansion and enhance technological capabilities. Build financial models and business cases for new ventures.Market & Policy Intelligence: Monitor evolving regulatory environments, market trends, and policy directions in telecommunications, compliance and IT security to anticipate business opportunities and risksCollaborate with cross-functional executive peers to align strategic goals with operational excellence and delivery (i.e. business development, R&D, etc.)Together with the CEO and Chief Product Officer, represent the company at industry conferences, government forums, and lobbying with key regulators Your profile YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in telecommunication infrastructure, cyber solutions, and regulatory complianceStrategic Leadership: Track record of building and executing strategies that drive sustainable growth in complex and sensitive international marketsStrong analytical, financial modeling and project management skillsM&A Acumen: Hands-on experience in evaluating, negotiating and integrating partnerships or acquisitionsEducation: Advanced academic degree in business, engineering, telecommunications, IT, or a related field preferredYOUR KEY COMPETENCIES:Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilityExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsStrong business acumen and financial literacyAdvanced communication abilities, both written and verbalHigh integrity and discretion, with sensitivity to government and compliance-driven environments We offer WE OFFER:A true international presence: in Germany, Italy, and the UKA strategic leadership role with high impact and visibilityOpportunities to shape the future of our company in international marketsDynamic, innovative team and mission-driven corporate cultureAttractive remuneration package and long-term incentivesFlexible working hours and home-office options
