WWir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Senior Product Manager Hematology (m/w/d) am Standort München.Das erwartet Sie: Verantwortung für das Projekt- und Produktmanagement von etablierten Produkten im Bereich Hämatologie in Deutschland und für die Aussteuerung des Hämatologie Portfolios in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hämatologie Vertriebsleiter Vorbereitung des erfolgreichen Markteintritts neuer Produkte und neuer Indikationen Medizinisch-fachlicher Austausch mit Experten und indikationsrelevanten Stakeholdern Produktentwicklung in strategischer, qualitativer und quantitativer Hinsicht Compliance und HWG-konforme Steuerung der wissenschaftlichen Marketingaktivitäten in Deutschland inklusive Digital- und Veranstaltungskonzepte Kooperation mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen sowie dem internationalen Headquarter Teilnahme und strategische Gestaltung von Fachkongressen u.a. im Rahmen von wissenschaftlichen Symposien Reporting national/international Budgetverantwortung inklusive Unterstützung des Hämatologie Forecasts Das zeichnet Sie aus: Naturwissenschaftliches Studium Außendiensterfahrung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im erfolgreichen Produktmanagement im Bereich Hämatologie und/oder Onkologie Eigenständige Entwicklung von Brand-/Indikationsstrategie Vorbereiten und Präsentation im Business Review Relevante Erfahrung in der Steuerung der cross-funktionalen Zusammenarbeit Erfahrung im Bereich seltener Erkrankungen und/oder in der Vorbereitung von Produkteinführungen ist von Vorteil Tragbares und entwicklungsfähiges Netzwerk in der Hämatologie/Onkologie Ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles, methodisches und strategisches Denkvermögen sowie Hands-on-Mentalität Effizientes Prozessmanagement Teamplayer, Freude am Gestalten und Projektmanagement, begeisterungsfähig Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, kreativ, kommunikationsstark, motiviert, innovativ, digital affin Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse in der digitalen Promotion von Produkten Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Das bieten wir Ihnen: Starkes Miteinander: Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe in einem hoch motivierten Team, geprägt von gegenseitiger Wertschätzung, Respekt und Toleranz Passendes Umfeld: Büroräume in U-Bahn-Nähe sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, Option auf Homeoffice, Selbstversorger-Cafeteria mit Lounge und Dachterrasse, kostenloses Wasser wie auch Kaffee Stetige Entwicklung: Individuelle Karriereentwicklung durch Fortbildungen, regelmäßige Lernformate – live und ebenso remote – wie z.B.
