Über die Rolle:

Als Engagement Manager sind Sie für die Betreuung und Entwicklung unserer Geschäftskunden verantwortlich. Sie bauen langfristige Beziehungen auf, steigern die Kundenzufriedenheit und identifizieren neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im B2B-Bereich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

  • Erkennen von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen

  • Proaktive Beratung von Geschäftskunden in verschiedenen Branchen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (Sales, Marketing, Support) zur Sicherstellung des Kundenerfolgs

  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung und -bindung

Ihr Profil:

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder Account Management, unabhängig von der Branche

  • Kundenorientierte Denkweise und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im hybriden Modell in Málaga
