HTV combines medical expertise, digital excellence, and operational precision to deliver outstanding patient experiences and sustainable growth.DEINE AUFGABENAs Vice President Operations, you will oversee the operational backbone of Healthtech Ventures — ensuring that every prescription, every shipment, and every patient interaction runs smoothly and efficiently.You will lead and scale our operations across pharmacy operations, medical operations, and pharmaceutical wholesale, supported by four direct reports, including the Customer Care Lead, who manages a team of five agents.This role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers the unique opportunity to shape operational excellence in a profitable, high-growth digital health company.Operational Leadership & Process ExcellenceLead HTV’s full operational landscape across Pharmacy Operations, Medical Operations, and Pharmaceutical WholesaleManage and mentor a team of four direct reports and oversee a total headcount of nine (including Customer Care agents)Build, optimize, and scale operational processes to ensure consistent, reliable, and fast patient fulfillmentMonitor daily delivery KPIs and take fast countermeasures when deviations occur — personally or through your teamPharmacy OperationsManage and expand HTV’s partner pharmacy network, covering both mail-order and local pickup/quick delivery modelsEnsure accurate, compliant, and fast prescription processing and fulfillmentCollaborate with partner pharmacies to optimize logistics, stock, and service qualityMedical OperationsOversee HTV’s telemedicine and clinic operations, including partnerships with contract doctors and telemedicine providers in Germany and the EUSupport the rollout of the HTV Clinics concept, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes from consultation to prescriptionPharmaceutical WholesaleLead operations of HTV’s pharmaceutical wholesaler, which holds a growing portfolio of proprietary prescription drugsCollaborate with leadership to expand the product portfolio and establish new supplier and pharmacy relationshipsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Platform Owners (Prio One, SoLean, Nordleaf) to translate strategic goals into operational executionPartner with Finance & Accounting to ensure near real-time accuracy of operational and financial dataFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teamsWAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST7–8 years of experience in eCommerce, telemedicine, digital health, logistics, or related industriesProven experience leading cross-functional operations and scaling processes in fast-moving environmentsHands-on mindset: you thrive in execution, stay close to daily operations, and take ownership when challenges ariseHighly structured, detail-oriented, and analytically strong with a focus on measurable resultsFluent in German and EnglishBased in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, with the option to work hybridWAS WIR DIR BIETENA key leadership role in a profitable, fast-growing digital health companyDirect impact on patient satisfaction and the success of our platformsA dynamic, collaborative, and ambitious team cultureCompetitive compensation and flexible hybrid setup in our Hamburg officeÜber unsHealthtech Ventures GmbH Baumwall 520459 Hamburg
