HTV combines medical expertise, digital excellence, and operational precision to deliver outstanding patient experiences and sustainable growth.DEINE AUFGABENAs Vice President Finance & Administration, you will take end-to-end ownership of HTV’s financial management and corporate administration.You will lead and continuously develop our Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal, and Administrative functions — ensuring transparency, accuracy, and financial control across a growing international group structure.The role reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and scalability of one of Germany’s most promising digital health ventures.Finance & AccountingOversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and consolidation of multiple domestic and international entitiesEnsure accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closingsManage relationships with external tax advisors and auditorsDrive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standardsOversee cash management, liquidity planning, and payment processes across all entitiesEnsure accurate and efficient handling of settlements with pharmacies, suppliers, and service providersHuman ResourcesOversee payroll and ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax regulationsManage external HR partners and ensure smooth coordination with accountingSupport ongoing recruiting efforts for a rapidly growing organization and maintain a positive employee experienceLegal AffairsOversee contract management processes, including supplier, service, and partner agreementsCoordinate external legal counsel in case of disputes or complex contractual negotiationsEnsure risk mitigation and compliance across all business activitiesAdministrationOversee office management, insurance coverage, and general administrative functionsEnsure efficient workflows and documentation standards for all administrative processesFoster strong communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholdersCross-functional collaborationAct as the key financial partner to other leadership roles, particularly in Marketing, Operations and Platform ManagementProvide clear and actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-makingPromote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across all administrative domainsWAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST8–10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, ideally within eCommerce, digital health, or pharma-related industriesStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial consolidation, and multi-entity structuresDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional administrative areas (Finance, HR, Legal, Admin)Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownershipExcellent communication skills to engage internal stakeholders and external partners effectivelyFluent in German and EnglishBased in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, with the option to work hybridWAS WIR DIR BIETENA key leadership position in a profitable, fast-growing digital health companyFull ownership of the financial backbone and administrative core of the organizationA collaborative and ambitious team with flat hierarchiesCompetitive compensation and a flexible hybrid setup in our Hamburg officeÜber unsHealthtech Ventures GmbH Baumwall 520459 Hamburg
