Working closely with the Country Finance Director, you will collaborate with both central and market stakeholders on the company's operational activities across these markets, encompassing areas such as reporting, planning, commercial decision-making, and more. This is an ideal position for an experienced finance professional who excels at managing multiple tasks and conveying complex issues in a clear and concise manner.In this role, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities, applying analytical rigor to evaluate operational and financial performance. Your work will span challenges from shaping long-term strategies to driving short-term results, with active involvement in financial projects.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:Partner with the senior leadership of the Operations teams, providing advice and challenge to stakeholders.Perform extensive financial modelling and analysis for a variety of reporting and planning activities, including month-end analysis, strategic planning, and business cases.Work with the market Operations leadership team to coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process ensuring collaboration and consensus with stakeholders, markets and FP&A Actively engage in the month-end process, with stringent reviews, analysis, and reportingMaintain and update monthly KPI reporting, including commentary on material movements to target.Work on ad-hoc analysis and projectsWhat will you bring to the table?Extensive Finance Business Partnering experience with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in digital/tech sectorsA highly analytical and strategic mindset, due to a data-driven culture, a cause-effect approach and the aim to explain events and different scenarios with clear communicationAdvanced problem-solving skills, with ability to recognise a problem, evaluate the risk driven and provide a possible solutionStrong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholdersAdvanced Excel, financial modelling and reporting skills requiredAn influencer with great communication and presentation skills and highly collaborative with fantastic facilitation skills, Outstanding presentation, reporting and visualisation skillsWhat We OfferLike a well-balanced recipe: your skills and our offer are the perfect match Here's what you can expect from us:A competitive compensation package that recognises your performance – supported by a culture of open feedback and regular performance reviews.A permanent employment contract with hybrid working options: three days per week in our Berlin-Kreuzberg office and two days working from the comfort of your home.
