Als Key-User betreuen Sie das vorhandene Warehouse Management System an unseren beiden Lagerstandorten in Hamburg. Ihre Rolle konzentriert sich auf die Identifizierung von Verbesserungsbereichen und die Implementierung effektiver Lösungen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams spielen Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des WMS-Systems. Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner bei Problemen und Fehlern im Tagesgeschäft.Hauptverantwortlichkeiten, Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten:Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden WMS-SystemsAktive Mitarbeit bei Planung und Durchführung von SystemoptimierungenTraining der Mitarbeiter in den bestehenden SystemenSupport im Tagesgeschäft bei auftretenden Problemen und FehlernEnge Zusammenarbeit mit WMS FachabteilungErstellen von Dokumentation und ArbeitsanweisungenWen wir suchen:Idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Ausbildung(mehrjährige) Erfahrung als Key-User in WMS-SystemHervorragende KommunikationsfähigkeitenAusgeprägtes VerantwortungsbewusstseinTeamorientierte DenkweiseFließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse***As a key user, you will be responsible for the existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our two warehouse locations in Hamburg. Your role focuses on identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in the continuous improvement of the WMS system. You will be the primary contact person for any problems or errors encountered in daily operations.Main responsibilities, tasks, and activities:Analysis and further development of the existing WMS systemActive participation in the planning and implementation of system optimizationsTraining of employees in the existing systemsSupport in daily operations for any problems and errors that ariseClose collaboration with the WMS specialist departmentCreation of documentation and work instructionsWho we are looking for:Ideally, a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification(Several years) experience as a key user in WMS systemsExcellent communication skillsStrong sense of responsibilityTeam-oriented mindsetFluent in English and GermanMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
