With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:People Managing, developing and coaching of the Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisalsRecording sick notes for your own team Induction of new employees and organization of training coursesImplementation of the floor managementActing as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNAResponsibility for recruitment and recruitment strategies Commercial Performance Full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growthAnalysis of common retail key figures such as IPT, AVB, Conversation Rate and Market Shares and derivation of sales activities to continuously increase store performanceDevelopment of sales potentialEnsuring flawless visual merchandising standards, including the timely implementation of updates and animationsEnsuring order and cleanliness on the sales floorCreating and communicating recaps and reports to internal interfacesTrack and ensure profitability of cornerClient ExperienceEnsure excellent Sephora customer service and team focus on the customerEvaluate customer feedback and derive measures to improve customer serviceEnsure that we regularly surprise our customersOperationsCreate the staff scheduleCreating the daily staff deployment plan and coordinating employees on the store floor (zoning)Implementation of inventories to ensure optimum availability of goodsComplete goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns and tester managementFull responsibility for preparing for the opening and closing of the cornerReporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issuesResponsible for corner operating according to Sephora Audit rulesAdditional tasksParticipation in retail projects in cooperation with the Area Managers Foster a good relationship with our partners (e.g. Galeria, Magasin & Manor) & landlord Additional tasks related to the daily businessKPIsCustomer satisfaction & feedback Staff productivity & engagement Stock availability & replenishment efficiency Compliance with operational routines Turnover vs. targets Development of the category Control of retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, number of services Inventory on schedule Sickness quote & employee turnover Do not hesitate to
