**About the Position**:
Nickel is looking for a Head of Marketing & Communication to design and implement an efficient branding, communication and marketing strategy in order to develop the notoriety and grow the customer base of Nickel in Germany.

The position is based in Berlin. You will be reporting to the deputy CEO of Nickel Germany.

Your main missions will be to:

- Perform regular marketing analysis and research
- Adapt our strategy and positioning to the German market
- Drive customer acquisition through marketing strategy
- Define and execute the marketing strategy for Nickel Germany
- Manage the 360 marketing strategy (including trade, branding, performance )
- Create the necessary marketing assets in close cooperation with Nickel’s central teams and external agencies
- Leading the PR strategy and support as well as liaising with our PR agency
- Manage the Nickel Germany marketing team (2 persons),Manage the marketing budget and external agencies and suppliers

For all those missions you will be working very closely with the Marketing team in France: a team of ~25 people expert on all those topics and who will provide all the necessary support.
