AufgabenTÜV SÜD is expanding its expertise in the Global Market Access area and is growing the team with a Project Manager position located in Denmark or Sweden. This is an exciting position in a market-leading company.The Position: The primary objective of this position is to work with customers in Sweden, Denmark, and internationally.As Project Manager within our Global Market Access team, you will be responsible for handling international certification/Type Approval projects and project management of internal testing for a range of industrial and electronic products.You will collaborate with customers, using your technical expertise to deliver the services and evolve the Global Market Access services. You will also cooperate closely with the TÜV SÜD global teams.You will have a direct report to the UK Global Market Access Manager.We expect the candidate to be in Denmark or Sweden. When not traveling, you can work from TÜV SÜD offices in Copenhagen or Stockholm, or your Home Office. The expected amount of travel is around 15%.Responsibilities: Working with customers to understand their global market access needs, identifying the requirements and any other factors affecting the TÜV SÜD delivery, before generating and executing product-specific project plans. Effective communication between internal and external contacts and customers, to ensure that the project is planned and delivered successfully. Acting as the principal intermediary between the client and the operating (Certification bodies, Test labs, and Regulators) areas from the beginning to the end of the customer journey. Attending customer and project meetings and providing regular project updates ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Provide technical support for issues that may prevent project completion and support the business to ensure customers understand our GMA service. Managing applications to regulatory authorities and third parties. Building and maintaining supplier relationships.QualifikationenThe Candidate: We seek an experienced GMA professional with documented experience in Global Market Access for industrial and electronic products. You like working in an international environment, taking initiative, and making a difference. You also enjoy managing your time to influence the client interaction process for successful results.Education and Experience: Compliance management experience within an engineering sector (i.e. Wireless, EMC, Safety, Environmental etc.). Knowledge of national and international approval procedures and regulations in Europe, North America, and beyond. Experience in project management and handling technical projects. Fluent in English and (desirably) an additional language (Arabic/French). Strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.Personal Qualifications: A commitment to customer service excellence. Strong analytical skills and efficient problem-solving. Willingness to learn and study new technology types and certification areas. Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
