Our RD/EBE department is responsible for the development of electrical/electronic components and the system design of Mercedes-Benz HV batteries.This challenges will face you:Collaboration in the field of high-voltage battery development (EE System & Hardware) with a focus on EMC/EMI (electromagnetic compatibility/interferenceDevelopment of project-specific and development-accompanying EMC testsProficiency in using instrumentation to perform laboratory measurementsUnderstanding of electronic circuit designAbility to troubleshoot and debug electronic circuitsDocumentation and presentation of the work steps and resultsCapable of working independently and as part of a teamThe final thesis selection is made in close consultation with you, the university and us.The activity can begin in February 6.QualifikationenDegree in the field of electrical / communications / high-frequency engineering or a comparable qualificationAdvanced knowledge in EMC-compliant design as well as solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principlesStrong understanding of transmission line theory, antenna design principles, and microelectronic circuit design techniquesSimulation experience with simulation tools such as LTSpice or comparable programsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with the development of solutions and their effective implementation Additional Information:We look forward to receiving your online application, including a resume, cover letter, certificates, current certificate of enrollment stating your semester, and proof of the standard period of study.
