YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an employee in the R&D department, the focus is on the preparation and implementation of tests according to customer specifications, such as endurance tests, temperature tests, performance tests, electronic tests and EMC measurements
- Your tasks include error analysis and the creation of appropriate solution proposals based on simulations, tests and calculations
- You will also control and test brushless motors on endurance and performance test benches
- You will implement and evaluate new test methods in test benches
- In addition, you prepare meaningful test reports for, for example, PPAP, 8D reports, expert reports and create and evaluate test specifications as well as EMC and test plans
- Your tasks also include evaluating the test series and writing the corresponding reports
- Last but not least, communication with customers is your responsibility as well as leading customer meetings

YOU WILL HAVE:

- You have a degree (Uni / FH) in electrical engineering / EMC, physics or mechatronics
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry with a focus on EMC
- You have in-depth knowledge of test technology, measuring devices and EMC measurement technology and ideally have experience with brushless electric motors and their control (ECU, LIN, CAN and other bus systems)
- You are familiar with statistical methods and the analysis of test results and independently evaluate specifications and specifications
- You can abstract requirements and always find creative solutions
- You speak German and English fluently and enjoy working in intercultural teams
- A structured and precise way of working, teamwork, resilience, flexibility and open communication round off your profile
