As a Team Assistant you will be a key part of our department, someone who brings joy and order to the workplace in equal measures and is excited about building strong working relationships with their stakeholders.You’ll join a high performing team of 27 assistants who are responsible for providing exceptional support across the company. Our purpose is to increase the productivity of our teams and help contribute to accomplishing their business goals as well as improving departmental culture and process efficiency. You will play a key role in keeping our Governance, Risk & Compliance, Data Privacy, and Internal Audit teams running efficiently and collaboratively.Your mission:Provide strategic administrative support by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling travel logistics and expense processing, and acting as a trusted communication hub.Own projects, events, and team engagement initiatives end-to-end, including global summits, workshops, recurring meetings, and offsites, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and facilitation across regions.Support  documentation and data readiness by preparing, organising, and maintaining files and materials, ensuring information is complete, accurate, easily accessible, and available to support timely decision-making.Drive process improvement and operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and supporting the implementation of practical, scalable solutions.Support data management and reporting needs by collecting, organising, and performing basic analysis of operational data to enable informed decisions and effective reporting.Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication, and the smooth delivery of initiatives across Governance, Risk & Compliance and Internal Audit.QualificationsYou have gained a minimum of 3 years of work experience, supporting senior management or working in a project management position.You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills ensuring that tact, discretion and diplomacy are at the forefront of your interactions. German is a plus but not required.You are customer-focused, solution-oriented, discreet and resilient, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.You are a natural relationship builder and have impeccable stakeholder management skills.You are a proactive, pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people.You are a highly professional individual, driven, resourceful, detail-orientated and happy to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you have to think outside the box and provide an exceptional level of service.Additional InformationEnsuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
