Responsibilities Organize office operations and proceduresPoint person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies and equipmentPlan in-house activities, launchings, parties, celebrations, and conferencesManage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on timeWork on continuously improving service parameters, costs, quality and delivery in working closely with our internal requestors as well as suppliersMaintain a safe and secure working environmentOversee adherence to office policies and proceduresCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements Requirements Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of Business Administration, Office Management, Tourism/Event Management, or a comparable discipline. Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.Strong organizational skills combined with a structured working style.Team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently when required.
