**Shape the future**:You are part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team for design flow development and work on automation tasks for parts of the design flow
- **Teamwork is dreamwork**:You support the whole development team in communicating towards stakeholders, organizing meetings, marketing the development activities internally
- **Data is everything**:You also support planning and tracking of projects and create presentations and documentations
- **Keep up to date**:You update intranet pages and organize, support and participate in events and workshops
- **Organizational talent**:You analyze data with tools such as Excel and Tableau and research and evaluate background material
- **Keep the overview**:You develop and optimize templates, documents and reporting and automate above tasks as much as possible
- **Study field**: You are currently studying Electrical engineering, Physics, Technology or similar
- **Team skills**: You enjoy engaging with a diverse set of tasks and working in, and helping a team
- **Skills**:You are able to think independently and have an eye for details
- **Personality**:You demonstrate a reliable and self-organized working-style
- **Interests**:You are familiar with or eager to learn tools such as Excel, Confluence, Tableau
- **Work experience**:You already have previous experience in programming and in Linux is beneficial
- **Language skills**: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

Important information:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.

In our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, more than 6000 employees are working in research & development, several central functions, IT and many more.
