Across our brands, we combine behavioral science, great content and personal motivation to create digital experiences that help millions to build healthier routines through movement, mindfulness and nutrition.We’re looking for a CRM Manager (m/f/d) who thrives in high-volume B2C environments, understands subscription dynamics and knows how to build habit-forming lifecycle journeys that convert, engage and retain users at scale.Your MissionAs part of our CRM Team, you will design and optimize end-to-end lifecycle experiences across multiple brands and markets.Build, launch and optimise lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app and webOperate confidently within Braze, using advanced segmentation, journey orchestration and structured testingImprove early-lifecycle performance through onboarding, activation, trial conversion and reactivation flowsApply behavioural principles to increase engagement and reduce early drop-offIdentify commercial opportunities through experimentation and data-driven analysisCollaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics and Market teams to deliver high-quality, timely lifecycle communicationTranslate insights into clear, actionable improvements that drive both engagement and revenueYour StoryYou bring a strong mix of technical CRM skills, analytical thinking and user empathy.Deep hands-on experience with Braze(certification or clearly demonstrated advanced expertise)Braze Certified MarketerBraze Certified Digital StrategistBraze Certified PractitionerProven track record in B2C mobile apps, ideally with large user funnels and fast CRM velocityExperience in subscription models and free-to-paid lifecycle strategiesFamiliarity with high-intensity activation approaches (e.g. frequent early touchpoints, strong value framing, conversion-driven communication) as used by top subscription appsA habit-building mindset: you think in triggers, routines and motivation loopsAnalytical and experimentation-driven, with the ability to interpret lifecycle data and turn insights into action Strong communication instincts and the ability to craft clear, motivating messages (supported by creative resources when needed)Nice to have:Experience applying behavioural science to lifecycle designExposure to pricing, paywall, or offer testingExperience working across multiple European markets or languagesWhy Join 7NXTWork across several well-known European consumer brands with significant reachHigh degree of ownership within CRM, supported by specialists across marketingA mission-driven environment focused on helping people build healthier routines A collaborative team culture,short decision cycles and space to experimentOur Benefits - Just for YouSuccess requires positive energy.
