You evangelize our industry leading solutions in cloud security that establish Palo Alto Networks as a customer’s cybersecurity partner of choice. Your ImpactCollaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your assigned specialization areaPresent to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from practitioner to senior leadershipAs the main technical point of contact for Cloud Security, you will assist and collaborate to respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs.Lead and support customer demonstrations that showcase our unique value propositionScope and lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects for prospective customers and partners based on best practices to ensure technical win in your assigned opportunitiesDrive high technical validation and PoV win rates within your assigned specialization areaResponsible for discussing and highlighting product alignment with customer requirements and differentiationArchitect solutions that will help our customers strengthen and simplify their security postureAccelerate technical validation of proposed solutions within your specialization Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases to ensure proper implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks SolutionsHelp our customers build and develop further their services around Prisma CloudLead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape Discuss, with credibility, competitive offers in the marketplace and position ours as the best alternativePosition Palo Alto Networks or Partner delivered services as appropriate to ensure proper implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks solutionsInitiate projects to improve individual team’s performanceImplement organizational policies & help others adoptAct as a conduit for customer feedback to Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D to create requirements and deliver product features for our customersQualificationsYour Experience6+years technical sales or equivalent experience highly preferredHands-on experience using IaC software tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, GCP Cloud Deployment Manager etc) and CI/CD tools (IDEs, GitLab, GitHuB, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)Experience with Alicloud, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform and Oracle Cloud configuration and administration of security features and services (including identity and access management, networking, firewalls, encryption)Deep experience in one or more cloud security areas such as Shift Left, CSPM, CWP, KSPM, CIEM, DSPM, AI-SPMBackground in security domain or cloud security highly preferredUnderstanding of container and container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShiftThis is a field sales position where travel requirements may be required to support in person customer meetings, please discuss with the recruiter on the specifics for this position.Proficient in English & GermanAdditional InformationThe TeamPalo Alto Networks has brought technology to market that is reshaping the cybersecurity threat and protection landscape.
