**Security Specialist (embedded) - Germany - Remote role - 120k**

**Company**:
A futuristic automotive company playing a key role in vehicle development. They have more than 800 employees across Germany all working towards the same objectives - developing an sophisticated mobility ecosystem.

**The Role**:

- You collaborate with the development teams to monitor security modules & ensure they remain aligned.
- You ensure that all implemented functions compliment complement other security modules.
- You provide support for technical customer needs & tenders.
- Participation in pre-sales discussions &in the creation of technically relevant pre-sales documentation (SOWs).

**Essential**:

- Previous professional experience in the automotive security industry.
- Deep knowledge of Hardware & AUTOSAR safety modules.
- Previous experience in ECU software architecture & embedded systems.
- You understand the impact that design decisions (HW&SW) have on the reliability & quality and you are able to align the designs with company stakeholders.
- You have a deep understanding of how embedded safety modules support & interact with each other.
- Strong communication skills & a good understanding of both the German & English language.

**Desirable**:

- Formal training in security & cryptography.
