Based in Berlin, a city known for its vibrancy, we're committed to expanding our reach and impact, offering you the opportunity to be part of our exciting journey.As our Brand Lead (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will own the strategic development and execution of our brand identity across all touchpoints. You will combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality: leading a small team while actively driving projects yourself to position FORMEL SKIN as the leading and most trusted brand in dermatology.What you’ll be doingBrand Strategy & Positioning: Develop, implement, and continuously evolve the brand strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team – from overarching purpose to clear messaging for different target audiences.Hands-on Execution: Work directly on projects yourself – from creating briefs, campaign and content concepts, to writing copy and developing visual assets.Brand Experience: Ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels (digital and physical) – including website, social media, packaging, retail, and clinic experience.Campaign Development: Conceptualise, manage, and execute brand and awareness campaigns that inspire our target audiences, build trust, and drive conversion.Brand Governance: Develop and maintain brand guidelines and processes to ensure brand consistency across teams and markets.Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and develop a small brand team, working closely with Marketing, Product, Medical Experts, and external agencies.Market Research & Insights: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to further evolve our brand strategy and identify new growth opportunities.Brand KPIs: Monitor and improve key brand health and performance metrics, including brand awareness, brand consideration, brand preference, customer trust, NPS, and engagement across key channels.What you need to shine:5+ years of experience in a brand or marketing role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, ideally in a fast-growing D2C, health, or beauty company.Proven track record of building and growing strong brands that drive customer loyalty and business growth.Willingness to roll up your sleeves and personally contribute to projects and deliverables.Excellent understanding of brand management, visual identity, storytelling, and cross-channel campaign planning.Experience in leading and motivating small teams, as well as managing agencies and external partners.Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.Why work with us?Creative freedom & impact: You’ll have the opportunity to significantly shape the FORMEL SKIN brand and strengthen our position as the leading provider in skin health – with the freedom to think strategically and act hands-on.Visible results: Work on projects that are directly reflected in our brand presence and have a measurable impact on our success.Benefits to perfectly fit you: every candidate is unique, and we're dedicated to supporting your specific needs and aspirations.
