We are committed to driving the future of transportation with cutting-edge technology and a customer-centric approach.The roleWe are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to help us launch our Zeekr Germany national sales company (NSC).  This is what you will do:The role covers mainly (but not solely) three major topics:  Commercial, Sales, and Logistics Operations Volume planning, forecasts, order management, VIN matching, VIN re(allocation), management of the internal fleet, etc. Logistics management & support for the German market. Test drive, Delivery, and Retail Support - Vehicle Registrations, delivery management and support, trade in management, etc.  Product & Price Management - Understanding the German Market and Customers and providing insights regarding product positioning, product features, options, accessories etc. to provide a competitive product offering for the German market. This includes trim-walk analysis, price ladders, price index analysis, competition analysis and expertise in the latest government regulations and incentive policies. You will also be responsible for communication regarding orders and deliveries and building strong relationships with our partners and act as a link between the local team and the European headquarters to ensure smooth processes.  Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, and maintain close contact and act as a link between the local team and the European HQ.  To be successful in the role you will demonstrate: Experience from similar roles in logistics and sales operations within the automotive industry or allied sector.  Strong project management experience and a background in process development and implementation.  Experience managing commercial and operational relationships with logistics suppliers.  Strong communication skills and fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.  Willingness to travel regularly to the European Zeekr HQ in Amsterdam and across Germany to support the partners.
