This is a hybrid role based in **Frankfurt, Germany.** As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of sales success while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative environment. Committed to innovating cloud commerce at scale, Pax8 drives customer acquisition and solution consumption across its entire ecosystem. **How you will contribute**: As a key part to our sales process, you'll manage the **Client**/**Partner sign-up journey**, ensuring leads and accounts are efficiently distributed across the Sales team to maximize performance and impact. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in streamlining this process. You will act as the vital connection between **Sales and Operations**, serving as the first line of support for our **Salesforce** CRM platform. Your expertise will ensure the Sales team has the tools and insights they need to succeed, while maintaining smooth collaboration between teams. In this role, you'll also take ownership of maintaining **CRM data hygiene** and optimizing our Sales enablement tools, including Salesforce.
