As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your joint planning, analytical, and program management expertise to work on projects for a combatant command. You’ll support the analysis and tracking of CBRN plans and readiness reporting and execution for headquarters and subordinate military components. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes as part of joint and service missions. You’ll guide the work we do for CBRN program management and the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience at the staff level with the DoD at a Service Headquarters, Service Component Headquarters, or Combatant Command2+ years of experience with Planning in Service Headquarters, Service Component, or Combatant CommandsExperience with the DoD Joint Planning Process and Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)Ability to create reports, briefings, and documents, including at the Flag, General, or SES level, and deliver them with client-ready qualityAbility to travel to OCONUS and CONUS locations up to 20% of the timeTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience with CBRN equipment, doctrine, training, and processesExperience with assessment processesMaster's degreeCompletion of the Military Staff CollegeClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
