Werde Wegbegleiter:in der digitalen Transformation und unterstütze unser fantastisches Team. Das erwartet Dich Du bist für die Führung des Testing-Teams in Stuttgart zuständig. Du unterstützt das Team bei der fachlichen und beruflichen Weiterentwicklung und sorgst für optimale Ergebnisse im Bereich Testing und Test Validierung von Infotainment Funktionalitäten. Du bist für den Ausbau der Testing-Infrastruktur und der dazugehörigen Prozesse verantwortlich. Die Planung und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren onshore-, nearhore- und offshore-Partnern gehört ebenso zu deiner Verantwortlichkeit. Du unterstützt die Projektmanager:Innen in der Steuerung und Überwachung der Budgets, des Zeitplans, der Qualität sowie der Sicherstellung der Teamauslastung. Du arbeitest mit führenden OEMs (insbesondere der VW Marken) zusammen, um deren Testanforderungen zu verstehen und optionale Lösungen zu liefern. Du agierst als Hauptansprechpartner:In unserer Kunden im Hinblick auf die Gewinnung und Steuerung neuer Projekte. Du gewährleistest eine optimale Betreuung und sorgst für eine starke Kundenbindung. Das bringst Du mit Du verfügst über einen erfolgreichen Abschluss eines technischen Studiums oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung, sowie langjährige Berufserfahrung. Du hast umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Automotive Testing, insbesondere mit Embedded Systemen und Infotainment-Software, inklusive Testfallspezifizierung, Testdurchführung am HIL und idealerweise Restbussimulationen. Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung und Betreuung von Teams. Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im Produktentstehungsprozess, insbesondere im Bereich Test und Testvalidierung. Zudem verfügst du über solide Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, speziell im internationalen Umfeld. Du bist vertraut mit Industriestandards, Testing-Tools und -Methoden, bevorzugt der VW-Toolchain und den VW-Prozessen. Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend und bist in der Lage, exzellente Kommunikation mit all deinen Stakeholdern zu pflegen.
