QA Team Lead – Core Remote Access & Control Drive Quality for Global Connectivity TeamViewer connects over 600 million devices worldwide, powering secure remote access and control for businesses and individuals in 180+ countries. We are looking for a QA Team Lead (all genders) to strengthen our engineering team and ensure world-class quality for the connectivity foundation of TeamViewer Remote, Tensor, and ONE. This is your chance to own the quality strategy for mission-critical products, mentor talented QA engineers, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a truly global environment. Responsibilities Lead Quality Initiatives: Align all testing efforts across teams and drive quality standards for Remote Access & Control. Mentor & Guide: Provide leadership and coaching to QA engineers, fostering growth and best practices. Hands-On Testing: Maintain and evolve test automation frameworks while performing manual and exploratory testing. Collaborate Globally: Work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams worldwide. Innovate in QA: Introduce new tools, techniques, and processes to improve efficiency and coverage. Champion Quality Culture: Advocate for quality at every stage of the development lifecycle. Requirements A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance is essential. Familiarity with manual and/or automated mobile testing is a plus. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Ranorex; knowledge of Cypress is an advantage. Proven track record in senior QA or QA Lead roles, including team management and mentoring. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive quality initiatives and foster continuous improvement. Ability to drive quality initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. Experience in project management and coordination across cross-functional teams. Excellent collaboration skills; able to work independently and across departments.
