Job Description:The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Business Development Manager, located in Germany for Personal Safety Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make impact by:Achieving growth targets in the hospital marketSupporting our sales partners in Germany, Austria, and SwitzerlandStrategic development of sales/the sales partners through targeted market analyses and business development measuresEstablishing and maintenance of partnerships with clinics, medical facilities, purchasing groups, and other relevant stakeholdersConducting competitive analyses to identify market opportunities and risksClose collaboration with internal departments such as product management, marketing, and salesCreation of business plans, revenue forecasts, and reports to measure the success of the implemented measuresYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:Successfully completed vocational training or studies in the economic or technical fieldRelevant experience and network in the healthcare/hospital industryStrong sales and profit mentality as well as strategic thinkingDistinct, authentic, and target group-oriented communication skillsWillingness to travel within the DACH regionStrong implementation skills and high self-motivationExtensive experience in dealing with purchasing groups in the hospital marketFluent in German and EnglishAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed further in this role include:Experience in the field of Personal Safety - Occupational SafetyExperience in the field of trade or experience in collaboration with the tradeJob specifics:Location: GermanyTerritory: DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland)Does this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?
