You want to apply the full range of procurement levers like tender, negotiation of commercial terms, technical cost out, make-or-buy and many more?Then we have just the right job opening for you:SENIOR CONSULTANT VALUE CREATION PROCUREMENT at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg Your mission You are part of the project teams on site with our international and national customersThere you develop effective cost reduction measures and product group optimisation plans (Value Creation Plan) for the procurement department, connected with, for example, the application of potential analyzes, the creation of tenders, the application of commercial as well as technical purchasing levers or the support of make-or-buy decisions Your profile A completed master's degree from a well-known universityAt least 3 years of professional experience with another management consultancy or in the procurement department of an international, market-leading company, ideally with project experienceA deep and fundamental understanding of procurement and experience in areas such as category management, commodity group strategies, material cost reduction, negotiations, and supplier daysIdeally, you also have specific expert knowledge in one or more indirect or direct product groups, e.g. in the area of raw materials, plastics, electronics or mechanical partsYou are fluent in English, German and perhaps speak one other foreign language as wellIn addition to your analytical and systems-oriented way of thinking and working, you should also have a good feel for situations and peoplePlease apply even if you do not meet all the points.
