Conduct literature searches, manage search outputs, qualitative data analysis Prepare, coordinate and facilitate qualitative research activities Contribute to research outputs, report writing and stakeholder communication Maintain project documentation and timelines Participate in emerging climate & health research activities and special projects Master’s degree in Public Health, Global Health, Environmental Health, Health Policy, or a related field, with demonstrated research experience; or a bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience. Strong research skills, especially in qualitative research, database searching and potentially evidence mapping with experience using qualitative coding software such as NVivo. Experience in managing and conducting qualitative research, including preparation, scheduling, interviewing, transcript review and analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse internal and external experts; German skills are an asset, but not necessary. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, maintaining strong attention to detail in research materials and documentation. Flexibility and teamwork, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, fast-paced research environment.
