Your responsibilities: Manage non-recurring project budget for all projects within procurementManage and control the headcount targets of the procurement organisation Focal point for all Digital Sourcing and Contracting Solutions of Airbus Aerostructures in the wider Airbus procurement network and support internal stakeholdersLead the competitiveness initiative for non flying spend in procurement Improvement of purchasing and supply chain performance (e.g. process transformation, digitization, competitiveness)Project Leader for the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management system in Airbus AerostructuresDriving management initiatives and digitalization projects within procurement to ensure future viability, sustainability and continuous improvementProcurement interface to other functions outside of procurement (e.g. IT, Legal, etc.)Improvement of purchasing and supply chain performance (e.g. process transformation, digitization)Investigation of possibilities for process improvement, including presentation to managementDevelopment of concepts within the framework of process transformation/ digitization in purchasing and supply chain management (including AI-based)Regular status updates and presentation of project results to the management Your profile: Completed studies in computer science, business administration, international management or comparableSeveral years of work experience in project management, process improvement, digitalization, operational and strategic procurementGood knowledge in Lean- and Risk management Knowledge in SAP/MM-PP, SAP/R3, Click´n Buy (BySide) and Google WorkspaceAI knowledge would be a plusFluent German and English skills both spoken and written Your partner: Orizon GmbH is your capable partner when it comes to standing out from the crowd on the labour market.
