• Du bist detailorientierte:r Projektmanager:in mit einer Leidenschaft für Prozesse und Strukturen und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle für funktionsübergreifende Teams auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene innerhalb unseres globalen Netzwerks.
• Du arbeitest selbstständig und verantwortungsvoll in der Steuerung deiner Projekte und bist gleichzeitig Teil einer starken Community lokaler und internationaler Projektmanager:innen.
• Du verstehst es, Wachstum und Effizienz gleichermaßen voranzutreiben und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Client Management zusammen.
• Du bist versiert im Umgang mit modernen Projektmanagement-Tools und sicher im Agentur-Briefing-Prozess.
• Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Specialty Leads und Finance-Partnern belastbare Kostenschätzungen und holst die erforderlichen Freigaben bei relevanten Stakeholdern ein.
• Du verantwortest die Budgetentwicklung, steuerst den Forecast und hast zentrale Schritte des Projektcontrollings immer im Blick. Zudem unterstützt du aktiv die Ressourcenplanung, das Projekt-Reporting sowie das Qualitätsmanagement.
• Du förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, indem du Best Practices identifizierst und Prozesse gezielt weiterentwickelst.
• Du führst und entwickelst Junior Projektmanager:innen innerhalb der Projektteams.

Was Du mitbringst

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Mindestens 5-6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem klassischen und/oder digitalen Agenturumfeld; Erfahrung in einer Netzwerkagentur ist ein klares Plus.
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Business Management, finanzieller Steuerung und Projektplanung.
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten.
• Strategisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, Arbeitsweisen zu entwickeln, die passgenau auf die Bedürfnisse der unterstützten Teams zugeschnitten sind.
• Erfahrung im Healthcare-Bereich ist von Vorteil.

Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• You are a detail-oriented project manager with a passion for process and structure, ready to serve as the central interface for cross-functional teams at local and international levels within our global network.
• You're comfortable operating and managing projects independently, while engaging in a community of local and international project managers.
• You demonstrate an ability to drive both growth and efficiency in coordination with client management.
• You are proficient with modern project management software and are fluent in the agency briefing process.
• You're comfortable developing estimates collaboratively with our specialty leads and finance partners and secure approvals from relevant stakeholders.
• You're able to lead budget development, manage forecast inputs and actively oversee key project controlling steps, as well as provide critical support around resource planning, project reporting and quality management.
• You foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and process enhancements.
• You lead junior project managers within the project teams.

Qualifications:

• A University degree or comparable training.
• At least 5-6 years of professional experience in project management in a classic and/or digital agency environment. Experience with networked firms is a clear plus.
• A strong understanding of business management, financial oversight and project planning.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, including a very good knowledge of English and German.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• You have the ability to think strategically and develop ways of working that are purpose-fit for the team you support.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
