Digital Business Development Manager (m/w/d) - D2C Apps

DEINE AUFGABEN:

Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder im App-Ökosystem durch innovative Geschäftsmodelle und entsprechende Business Cases
Gestaltung und Umsetzung von App-Monetarisierungs-strategien (Subscriptions, In-App-Purchases, Advertising, Bundling, Cross-Selling) zur Steigerung von Conversion, Kundenbindung und Umsatz
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien für D2C Apps in enger Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Stakeholdern, unter Anwendung von Test-and-Learn-Ansätzen zur Erprobung innovativer Ideen
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines datengetriebenen Tracking- und Reporting-Setups (inkl. A/B-Tests und KPI-Monitoring) sowie Ableitung zielgerichteter Handlungs-maßnahmen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Marketing, Technik und eCommerce zur Realisierung übergreifender Synergien


DEIN PROFIL:

Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Business Development, Management, Data Analytics, Produktmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development im App-Umfeld, Start-up-Erfahrung willkommen
Fundierte Expertise in App-Monetarisierungsmodellen, Pricing-Strategien, KPI-Reportings sowie in App-spezifischen Marketing-Disziplinen
Erfahrung mit Go-to-Market-Strategien sowie mit Performance-Marketing im App-Kontext
Unternehmerisches Denken mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Skalierung von digitalen D2C Produkten
Ausgeprägtes kommerzielles Verständnis sowie hohe Kompetenz mit Margen, Preisgestaltung und Wertversprechen
Hohe Kommunikations- und Integrationsstärke, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, exzellente Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
