Für unser Digital Development Center suchen wir Sie an unserem Standort in Ulm als Assistenz (m/w/d)

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und Terminvereinbarungen
- Koordination von Projekten und Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben (Patent-Management, Budget-Tracking und Unterstützung bei der Invest
- und Ressourcenplanung)
- Erstellung von Präsentationen (Inhalt und Aufbau)
- Eigenständige Organisation von Besprechungen sowie die Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
- Organisation und Abrechnung von Dienstreisen
- Erstellung von Organisationsmitteilungen, Statistiken und Diagrammen
- Betreuung und Unterstützung internationaler Kollegen*innen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion
- Souveräne MS-Office Kenntnisse und digitale Kompetenz (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Affinität zur digitalen Welt mit etwas technischem Verständnis
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team
- Organisationsgeschick, hoher Grad an Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität
- Selbstsicheres und freundliches Auftreten, gepaart mit Empathie und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

- Flexible Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag im zeitlichen Rahmen von 6:00-19:00 Uhr
