Du trägst die umfassende Produktverantwortung (End-to-End) für die Entwicklung von Submetering-Lösungen Als Innovationstreiber für unser Submetering-Produkt bringst du dein tiefes Branchenwissen im Bereich der Messdienstleister in Deutschland ein Du sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Entdeckung neuer Entwicklungen für das Produkt und leitest daraus wichtige, übergreifende Initiativen für die Produktentwicklung ab Du führst ein Team von Business Analysten und -analystinnen, um entsprechende Analyse- und Entdeckungsinitiativen zu gestalten und gezielt zu unterstützen Du stimmst die aus den Unternehmenszielen abgeleiteten Produktziele mit den Zielen der einzelnen Produktteams (Flight Level 2) ab und harmonisierst diese Du koordinierst deine Arbeit innerhalb des Produktteams, bestehend aus Product Leads, UX Lead und Head of Product, um eine abgestimmte Produktentwicklung sicherzustellen Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner und Sparringspartner für die Stakeholder des Kunden im Bereich des Submetering-Produkts (Messdienstleister) Profil
Du verfügst bereits über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Product Lead, Produktmanager oder in ähnlichen Positionen. Du bist Experte in der deutschen Submetering-Branche und motiviert, ein innovatives Produkt zu entwickeln. Du hast in einem agilen Umfeld gearbeitet. Du besitzt starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast Freude am Networking. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1). Du hast eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungsmentalität. Du bist erfahren in der Entwicklung von Plattformgeschäften oder -lösungen (optional) Das Angebot
