About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Team Lead Performance Marketing – Programmatic Advertising to support our clients in growing their online business. The position is full-time or part-time (min. 80%) and located in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth within the team
- Oversee all DSP marketing activities for existing and future customers, ensuring campaigns align with clients' business goals
- Plan, steer, monitor, and optimize DSP campaigns according to defined performance goals
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, discuss advertising strategies, and present results effectively
- Stay updated on market and technology developments to enhance our consulting and service portfolio
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with team leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience in social or display/programmatic advertising, with experience in Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk highly beneficial
- Strong analytical mindset with a technical understanding and a focus on quality and solution-oriented approaches
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex contexts in a comprehensible manner to clients
- Strong client management skills, capable of building and maintaining successful client relationships
