The Role
We're looking for a motivated Team Lead Performance Marketing to support our clients in growing their online business. As a Team Lead, you'll lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of performance marketing managers
- Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback
- Oversee all DSP marketing activities for existing and future customers
- Plan, steer, monitor, and optimize DSP campaigns according to defined performance goals
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and discuss advertising strategies
- Present results effectively and derive clear recommendations based on media budget and customer business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience in social or display/programmatic advertising
- Strong analytical mindset with technical understanding and quality focus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex contexts
- Strong client management skills with ability to build and maintain successful client relationships
