Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at SPIE. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist the project manager in the commercial and financial management of our construction projects.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the project team to develop proposals and manage the change order process.
  • Financial Management: Independently handle all commercial tasks, including invoice verification, measurement, and billing to our customers, as well as monitoring timely payment receipts (debt management).
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare monthly reports, including performance and result forecasts, budgets, and planning in collaboration with the technical project manager.
  • Financial Closing: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in commercial project management, preferably in the electrical or building technology sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Knowledge of German contract law (BGB, VOB, etc.) is an asset.
