Accounts Receivable Specialist Role at Segula Technologies

Are you meticulous and driven by financial accuracy? Segula Technologies is on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to enhance our finance team. Below are the key responsibilities:

  • Autonomous processing of outgoing invoices and ensuring the alignment of the main ledger with subsidiary records
  • Prompt documentation of incoming payments and resolution of outstanding accounts receivable
  • Preparation of weekly dunning processes, coordinating with various departments
  • Issuance of invoices for non-project-related services
  • Verification of goods and delivery receipts against invoices
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS standards
  • Internal liaison for general inquiries from different departments
  • Ongoing enhancement of accounting processes
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Controlling & Accounting

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent credentials; further qualifications as a certified accountant (m/f/d) are preferred
  • Initial professional experience in financial accounting
  • Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS and HGB) is beneficial
  • Proficient in software tools (MS Office, Microsoft AX/Navision/D365)
  • Strong analytical skills and precision in handling extensive data
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively
  • Fluency in German and proficient English skills
