About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CAE Project Coordinator Foot Protection to join our team at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing CAE projects related to foot protection in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage CAE projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CAE project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of CAE tools, including ANSA, META, LS-Dyna, and Animator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
