About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team at RHI Magnesita. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

  • Technical university degree or relevant experience in engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with a focus on technical projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages an asset
