About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at VITRONIC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various national and international projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting project goals.
  • Project Planning and Specification: You will develop and document project plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
  • Risk and Opportunity Assessment: You will identify and assess project risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, team members, and other project stakeholders.
  • Team Management: You will lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: You will monitor and control project progress, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: You should have a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Experience: You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical field.
  • Skills: You should have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with project management tools and methodologies.
