About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Manager to join our Corporate Excellence team at Lidl Stiftung & Co KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects across various phases, from analysis to implementation, and ensuring their successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic project plans, including financial process optimization and performance improvement initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments and regions
  • Facilitate workshops and project meetings, and provide coaching to project partners
  • Prepare and conduct decision-making meetings with senior management and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with other consultants in the company's development department
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or internal consulting department
  • University degree in business administration or a related field
  • Strong analytical, structured, and methodical approach, with high performance capabilities
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Willingness to take responsibility and drive projects forward independently
  • Practical experience in corporate finance, project management, financial processes, and other related areas
