About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Projects Manager to join our CEO Office in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the identification, conceptualization, and execution of key priorities to advance sennder's strategic objectives and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with sennder's CEO and Executive Team to deliver tangible results from project conception through to implementation
  • Lead the integration of sennder's acquisitions, assuming end-to-end responsibility for high-quality and on-time delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between the founders and various stakeholders inside and outside sennder, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
  • Support sennder's executives in maximizing their efficiency by preparing key meetings, including board meetings and strategy offsites
  • Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and other strategic documents
  • Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience navigating challenging and fast-paced environments, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional projects or initiatives, ideally large-scale transformation or post-merger integration programs, involving multiple different stakeholders
  • First-hand experience leading small, high-performing teams (1-3 team members)
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate them into actionable insights; experience in quantitative modeling and analysis is a plus
  • Strong bias towards action and results-oriented mindset, with a strategic plan to achieve objectives
  • Proficiency in use of G-Suite or MS-Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
